About Me
I received my Master’s degree in Community Mental Health and Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and began my career working in schools and community mental health centers.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and Jungian traditions, with an emphasis on deepening self-understanding, working with the unconscious through dreams and symbols, and supporting growth in relationships with self and others.
My work is also inspired by the natural world, which teaches me presence, patience, and interconnectedness—qualities I bring into the therapeutic relationship.
I have received additional training in:
Jungian therapy and dream work
Perinatal mental health
Ecopsychology
Internal Family Systems and parts work
Mentalization Based Therapy
Group consultation and relationship trainings with Esther Perel
