      <image:title>Home - A place for deep inner listening</image:title>
<image:caption>Somewhere within yourself, beneath the noisy demands of everyday life, you may sense there are parts of you asking for some attention - therapy is a space for slowing down, listening within and building curiosity for your inner world. Therapy connects you to the spark within yourself that can find ease navigating the highs and lows of life; that lives in greater alignment with your values and dreams; that finds fulfilling connection in relationship with the world around you.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - About Me</image:title>
<image:caption>I received my Master’s degree in Community Mental Health and Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and began my career working in schools and community mental health centers. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and Jungian traditions, with an emphasis on deepening self-understanding, working with the unconscious through dreams and symbols, and supporting growth in relationships with self and others. My work is also inspired by the natural world, which teaches me presence, patience, and interconnectedness—qualities I bring into the therapeutic relationship.</image:caption>

      <image:title>My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>Research indicates that psychodynamic therapy brings long-lasting change. Psychodynamic therapy involves sitting with the many “unknowns” of life while also building clarity around your values, your relationships and how you want to show up in the world. While mental health symptoms may be what initially bring you to therapy, we work together to address not only your present moment experience but also the impact of systems around you, stuck patterns from the past and current relational processes that can shift to support your goals.</image:caption>

      <image:title>My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>Ecotherapy is also supported by research which highlights the benefits of spending time in nature: improving psychological well-being, reducing stress, easing distractions and supporting physical health. Symptoms of climate-related distress are signals that can point you towards greater care, connection and action in relationship with the natural world.</image:caption>

      <image:title>My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>One way to slow down and listen to messages from the unconscious is through dream work. Working with dreams in therapy brings symbols and images to life and supports a creative blossoming process in your relationship with your inner world. Dream work can also connect us beyond the personal and into the collective, even touching on community and global activism: the future has not yet unfolded, and we first need to dream it in order to create it.</image:caption>
